Over the past sixteen years, I have devoted myself to understanding the body and the special relationship between body, mind, and soul. My personal quest for a pain-free life has led to an autonomous approach to health and well-being, in which I make the connection between physical complaints and emotional processes.
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOUR BODY CARRIES
For people who feel that their body knows more than they can explain in words. For those who notice that tension, pain, illness, or unrest does not only come from the present or failure of the body, but stems from everything the body has had to endure and carry along the way.
We often have no idea how many experiences are stored in our bodies. Many of them have never really been felt or resolved. Not because we didn’t want to, but because it wasn’t possible at the time. The body has carried on, adapted, compensated, and continued to function. Everything that has not been lived through has remained unconsciously and/or consciously palpable.
IN THIS SESSION, THE BODY TAKES THE LEAD
My role is one of touch, presence, voice/sound, and representative of the body. With my hands, breath, voice/sound, and attention, I guide you to slow down and truly sink into your body. I read what the body shows me and take a stand when the mind tries to take over with control, explanation, or avoidance of what needs to be felt.
I stand on behalf of the body and support the process being guided by what arises from within.
Your role is to remain present. With curiosity and openness, you allow what the body shows, feels, and moves. What is felt was already there, it just wasn’t acknowledged all this time. Feeling it again is not a repetition, but a moment of bringing together and completing. What was once denied space is now given context, time, and a foundation.
In this session, nothing needs to be forced or cheered up. The body determines what can come to the surface and what cannot yet. Feeling does not happen because it has to, but because the body indicates that it can.
During the session, the entire body is touched, including the buttocks, breasts, armpits, abdomen, and groin, with one clear boundary: the vagina/yoni and penis/lingam are not included.
It is precisely those areas that are painful, sensitive, or have been neglected for a long time that often carry a lot of history. What has not been given attention there often moves to other parts of the body. By taking the body as a whole seriously—without crossing boundaries—space is created for coherence and relief.
This is not a relaxation massage and not a technique to “open something up.” It is a body-oriented process in which what has always been present but could never be fully experienced becomes visible and tangible. By staying with it, the body can complete what has remained unfinished.
In a world where much has been transgressed and little truly embodied, clarity is essential. That is why pure intention, touch, and responsibility are explicit. You remain present in your body. I take position on behalf of the body. Together we carry what presents itself.

This session requires maturity and a willingness to feel what has always been a part of you—not to dwell on it, but to finally bring closure.
HOW A SESSION WORKS
I work as a traveling massage therapist and come to your home. This makes it possible to work in a familiar environment, without travel time or rushing afterwards.
The duration of a session varies. This depends on what is needed at that moment and how familiar you already are with body-oriented work. We take the time that is appropriate, no more and no less.
